FIT Technologies Purchases School Uniform Retailer, Campus Outfitters

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) March 1, 2008 -- FIT Technologies announced today that it has purchased Campus Outfitters Group, LLC, a retailer of K-12 school uniforms from Varsity Group, Inc. Campus Outfitters was a subsidiary of Varsity Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM: VSTY), a provider of online textbook sales and services to educational institutions.

Campus Outfitters provides uniforms and accessories to over 300 schools through their retail stores and ecommerce website. The company operates eight retail stores with locations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Texas, New York, Maryland and North Carolina. Campus Outfitters' main offices and warehouse are currently located in College Park, Maryland. Campus Outfitters will be part of the SchoolOne division, servicing K-12 school clients.
