Roxbury Community College Selects Jenzabar?s Internet Campus Solution to Increase Enrollment Rates

Boston, MA (PRWEB) December 10, 2007 -- Jenzabar®, Inc., the leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education, announced today that Roxbury Community College has selected Jenzabar?s Internet Campus Solution to help increase enrollment rates. In addition to Jenzabar?s campus portal, the college has licensed two Jenzabar Constituent Relationship Modules and the Informz Text Messaging solution.

By implementing Jenzabar?s Internet Campus Solution (JICS), a portal solution designed exclusively for higher education, Roxbury Community College plans to increase enrollment rates by creating a stronger Web presence. JICS will enable the college to offer online inquiry forms and online applications, which is expected to boost the number of students applying to Roxbury Community College. JICS will provide Roxbury Community College with a single point of access to a virtually limitless number of communications, Web services, community building, and e-learning applications.

Roxbury Community College will also implement two Constituent Relationship Modules (Jenzabar CRMs) including: CRM Candidate and CRM Student. Jenzabar CRM Candidate brings the latest Web technology to the admissions process, providing immediate access to a prospects? admission folder, status, and portlets for updating information. Online communications tools such as chats, forums, and targeted messages will allow candidates to interact with the college. Jenzabar CRM Student enables students to review academic data such as course history, class schedules, GPA and grade reports, unofficial transcripts, and more, allowing students to be self-sufficient and saving time and effort for the administrative staff.

In addition, the Informz Text Messaging solution will provide the college with broadcast text messaging and two-way text messaging.
